Packages can be wound up or down - for example more or less decor, or optional upgrades. Your quote will reflect your choices.

We understand plans change. You can cancel your order for a full refund up to 14 days after confirmation, provided delivery hasn't been scheduled. Once delivery is scheduled, a 15% restocking fee applies. After delivery, items cannot be returned but can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

We offer a "Style Satisfaction Promise" - you can adjust your package selections up to 48 hours before scheduled delivery at no extra charge. If something doesn't fit after delivery, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you on an exchange or alternative.

Yes. All furniture comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is expected, but if something breaks due to a fault, we'll repair or replace it. Extended warranty options are available.
